What’s Next Meeting & Plan Review

We’ll walk you through the smaller details one decision at a time to ensure every choice in your custom home reflects your preferences and style.

Interior Design Consultations

Once your plans are finalized, we’ll help you design a home that’s both beautiful and practical. You’ll work with an interior designer to select your color schemes, lighting, countertops, cabinets, and more.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Your builder will meet with you to check and recheck your plans and specifications to ensure everything will be built correctly, on time, and on budget.

Pre-Drywall Meeting

When your home is framed, you’re invited to walk the job site and see the “bones” of your custom home with your team.

Customer Orientation Walk

A week before your closing or occupancy date, you’ll have another walk-through to familiarize you with systems like HVAC, irrigation, and appliances. We’ll ensure the home’s finish meets your approval.

Final Walk & Closing

Congratulations! You’ve built your dream home! We’ll walk you through your custom home one more time before closing or occupancy day to ensure every last minute detail goes smoothly.

30 Day Review & Walk

Once you’ve been in your home for a full month, we’ll check in to ensure you’re settling in as planned.

11 Month Review & Walk 

Anything built in Florida will experience settling over the first year, which can result in minor cosmetic imperfections. We’ll come back before the end of your first year to inspect your home, address any questions, and ensure you’re happy in your new home.
